The sales staff at Lloyd Motors bent over backwards and couldn't have done more to source a car of the exact model, colour and specification that I was looking for within a very tight timeframe, whilst regularly updating me with any new information.

Car was serviced, I had no idea what work had been carried out, was told I did not need any paperwork because we had paid for a service plan, no health check, had to wash the car again at home, it was streaky windows had been wiped with unclean cloth
