Booking in was simple, phones are answered promptly by friendly staff The staff look happy and motivated. The hire car was clean and ready to go. Received video update during the day and a progress report, this dealership seem to care.
The schedule is always followed especially time-wise On this occasion I was unavoidably delayed, rang to inform the department and they were extremely accommodating

My planned appointment was unexpectedly brought forward by 1 week. I called into the garage on the off change, and they could fit me in the next day. I was back on the road by lunchtime.
I do seem to have picked up a couple of small dents on both rear wheel arches, in almost the same place. Which is odd. I don't believe they were there before.

My car was handed over very clean. I have noticed that cleaning the engine area is not included. A simple wipe down would be good

Easy to deal with, efficient service and friendly staff. I recently had four new tyres fitted and Lloyds were the cheapest by a pound or two for the same tyres as were originally fitted.

Sales and customer service was excellent - "Very satisfied". Disgracefully lack of care causing the incident given in the previous answer - for the Engineering department - "Completely dissatisfied". (5 + 0) / 2 = 2.5

I dealt with Sebastian Gwizdek who was quite frankly the best sales person I've come across through buying about 20 cars (mainly premium German manufacturers). He was polite, helpful, quick, not pushy and came up with a great deal.
All Good - lent us a car to cover small delay in the delivery of new car.
Good salesman and handover. Only grouse is that it should have been made clear that despite paying below the £40k threshold for extra vehicle tax, the extra tax will still be due to DVLA for the next five years 'cos it is based on list price.
