The reason I have missed 1 star was because I filled in the self check in and asked that my car be valued. I never had it valued as I were interested in upgrading my car

I am very satisfied, with the only minor inconvenience that a spare tyre was not placed inside my vehicle before I left. The matter was dealt with by Adele, who arranged for the tyre to be delivered to my home, so all is well, thank you.

Matt and the team were excellent. He kept me informed all through the time my car was in, I had a great courtesy car, so didn't feel inconvenienced and I picked my car up, all fixed, and immaculately clean!

If you offer a car wash on a 15:00 appointment, follow through with it. I was waiting until 17:20 for a brake fluid change only to be told too late to wash it now. If it was too late at 15:00, say so. Ended the appointment on a disappointing note.

As above. Every member of staff I came into contact with from receptionist to service team were exceptional. In a world where customer service levels are dropping through the floor, this was a real shock.

One star knocked off as charged for screenwash when reservoir was full to the brim when car was brought in. If they had put the bottle of screenwash in the car, the charge could have been justified.

I drove my car for the first time yesterday after the service and found my drivers door mirror had been damaged. My car was delivered by the garage with me being out when it was returned, so only noticed this when i came to drive it yesterday.

The service here is excellent, from a pre appointment phone call to the welcome at the service desk. They are always so helpful and friendly. It is a shame I wouldn't get another BMW as I would like to remain a customer here!

As BMW classes itself as a 'provider of premium cars' it should also offer the same premium after sales service. Not having courtesy vehicles available for recall works is not something I would class as premium !

Service staff are really helpful at the point of booking through to completion. However, one tiny observation on my service documentation there was an amber, this was not covered on the handover, although I appreciate it was covered in the video.
